1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and provide access to:
- Platform features
- Product and store capacity limits
2. AI Credits
- Sold separately or included in plans
- Consumed per product processed by AI
- Non-refundable once used

3. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades apply immediately
- Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
4. Failed Payments
- Access may be restricted if payment fails
- Continued payment failure may result in account suspension
5. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:
- Used subscription periods
- Consumed AI credits
Exceptions may be granted at Commercer’s discretion.
