1. Overview
AI credits are consumed only when AI modifies product data. Manual operations do not consume credits.
2. Credit Consumption
1 product processed by AI = 1 credit. This includes:
- Title generation or rewriting
- Description generation or rewriting
- AI template application
- AI-assisted bulk updates
3. Pre-Execution Transparency
Before any AI job executes, you will see:
- Number of products affected
- Total credits required
- Expected output preview
Execution requires your explicit confirmation. No credits are consumed without your approval.
4. Credit Enforcement
- Jobs cannot start if insufficient credits are available
- Partial execution is not allowed — the full credit balance must be available
- You must reduce scope or purchase additional credits to proceed
5. Re-Runs
Re-running an AI job consumes credits again. Each execution is treated as a new operation regardless of whether the input data has changed.
6. Refunds
AI credits are non-refundable once consumed.
7. Output Responsibility
AI outputs:
- May vary in quality depending on input data
- Require user review before execution
- Are not guaranteed to meet compliance, accuracy, or performance standards
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is pushed to your stores.
